Welcome Wildcats! I am Loretta Francis, the Instructional Lead Teacher here at Annette Winn Elementary School. My role is to provide support to our teachers. I have been an educator for sixteen years. I have taught grades Kindergarten through 5th in several capacities...classroom teacher, Early Intervention Program, and English to Speakers of Other Languages. I am from a family of educators, so I can truly say, teaching is in my blood. I thoroughly enjoy bearing witness to those "lightbulb" moments, when students gain new knowledge. With that being said, it has been wonderful to have our Wildcats back in person, ready to learn.

A bit about me:
I was born and raised in Georgia. I've lived in the Atlanta area for 20+ years. I am married to a fellow educator. I am a proud member of the Bulldog Nation (University of Georgia)...Go Dawgs!
